We have a special repeat visitor program with four different statuses according to the times the guest have been with us.

• 2d visit:  BRONZE  STATUS
• 3rd visit:  SILVER  STATUS
• 4th visit:  GOLD  STATUS
• 5th visit or more:  DIAMOND  STATUS

The Reef Playacar repeat visitors receive a special welcome letter, a t-shirt and a family picture.

And according their status they receive special discounts for spa services and a complementary lobster dinner.
